Upton Noble Beer & Cider Festival Terms & Conditions

Entry to the Upton Noble Beer & Cider Festival (“We”, “Upton Noble Festival”, or “Beer Festival”) is at the discretion of the Organisers and the staff of the Upton Noble Festival.

Once purchased, tickets or tokens cannot be transferred, sold, offered for sale, exchanged or returned. Upton Noble Festival cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any tokens.

The Upton Noble Festival staff, or appointed agents, may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of all Festival goers or if there is any cause for suspicion.

Staff reserve the right to request identification from any person looking under the age of 25.

Upton Noble Festival cannot be held responsible for any tokens that are lost or stolen.

Upton Noble Festival reserves the right not to accept any tokens that it reasonably suspects have been made fraudulently, defaced or tampered with.

Under no circumstances may food or drink be brought into the festival.

Upton Noble Festival cannot accept responsibility for any personal property.

All people present consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded as members of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote the Beer Festival and its activities in print, in the media and on websites.

Any attendee must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and regulations whilst attending the event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the Upton Noble Festival staff, or appointed agent, to eject the attendee from the Beer Festival site.

In the interests of public safety, Upton Noble Festival reserves the right to request attendees to leave the Festival at any time for safety reasons.

To the fullest extent permissible in law, Upton Noble Festival shall be entitled to assign any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

None of the terms of this Agreement may be relied upon or enforced under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any third party that is not a party to this Agreement.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision/s and remainder of the Agreement valid or enforceable.

Upton Noble Festival reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notification.

The information on this website is for reference only. Upton Noble Festival and any other named party cannot be held responsible for any wrong information.

Upton Noble Festival reserve the right to change any information on this website at any time.

We reserve the right to search bags.

No alcohol will be served to minors.

No alcohol will be served to any person without a valid ticket and/or token.

We hold a zero tolerance policy for drunken or antisocial behaviour.

It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces, please observe the signage around the Festival site.

The festival welcomes well-behaved children, provided that they are accompanied by their parents or guardians (who hold a valid ticket) at all times. We do not have a crèche or other supervised areas for children. There are numerous opportunities for uncontrolled children to injure themselves. It is therefore important that all children are supervised at all times and any children found to be unsupervised, or misbehaving will be asked to leave the festival along with their parents or guardians.

Please note that we will not tolerate the sale of alcohol to (or consumption of alcohol by) persons under 18 years of age. Acceptable forms of identification for those who are 18 or over (but are fortunate enough to look younger), are a valid Passport, current Driving License (with photo ID) or a 'PASS accredited proof-of-age card' with the 'Pass' Hologram.

Alcohol is not permitted outside the designated drinking areas.

Under no circumstances may alcohol be brought onto into the Festival.

Upton Noble Festival is not responsible for any loss damage or injury howsoever caused unless caused by the negligence of Upton Noble Festival.

Statutory rights are not affected.

In these terms and conditions, Upton Noble Festival mean the organisers of the Upton Noble Beer Festival. All tickets purchased prior to the event are non refundable, unless the event is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons.

No pets of any kind shall be allowed into the Festival with the sole exception of certified guide dogs.

Upton Noble Festival accept no responsibility for personal injury accidents or loss or damage to personal belongings while taking part in any activity either at the Festival site or car park. Do not leave valuables on display. We take no responsibility for any pet left in any vehicle.

Upton Noble Festival reserve the right to eject from the Festival, any persons/vendors paying with cash or receiving cash for produce.

No fires or barbecues are permitted in the Festival.
